Below is a response from the National Marrow Donor Program:
The donor should be deferred if they received a live vaccine, which includes FluMist (the nasal spray). If she received the shot (which is recommended for pregnant women according to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control adn Prevention, posted 2 November 2009): then the donation is okay with the NMDP, unless your Medical Director thinks otherwise. So be sure to ask mothers if they received the shot or nasal spray when they were vaccinated.
